Before you get in touch

To help us respond quickly, include the property address and a short description of the plan, for example:

A Valuer’s Certificate for a new strata or community plan (with or without a development lot)
A strata plan of subdivision affecting common property or a development lot
A review of existing unit entitlements or an Expert Report for NCAT

Working with a surveyor or strata certifier already? Feel free to copy them in — we regularly coordinate directly with the project team so the schedule and plan line up for lodgement.
